About the Project
#speakupETH is a project of the Working Group Equal Opportunities of the VSETH, which, with support from the AVETH, aims to raise awareness by collecting and sharing personal, anonymized stories, both to help those affected and to educate ETH students about inappropriate behavior. The statistics of the #wiegETHs survey conducted in 2019 will be revealed in a new way, but also contact points for students will be made more visible and known.
The equal opportunities working group currently consists of 20 motivated members who are driving the project forward, counter-reading testimonials, answering inquiries and working on further measures. After the initial phase, events will be held in the fall to further offer awareness and help. ETH is also planning an awareness campaign at the end of October.
The article from ETH about the project can be found here.
